Report Summary

We inspect the property condition room by room and every item in the room. Each item has a

color-coded rating of Good, Clean and Functional.

Report Features:

Report Details

Reports for rental properties consist of a checklist that covers every area of the property. Each item on the list is observed and rated.  Date-stamped pictures, 360 images, and short videos are also included.

 

The ratings are defined as follows:

Good: This item is in Good Condition or Not Good. 

Clean: This item is either Clean or Not Clean. 

Functional: This item is fully functional as designed or Not Functional.
